Bradykinin Receptor B2 (BDKRB2) is associated with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. It is widely expressed protein and elicits many responses including vasodilation, edema, smooth muscle spasm and pain fiber stimula.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:150
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:150
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
