This gene was identified based on its homology to the gene encoding the RING3 protein, a serine/threonine kinase. The gene localizes to 9q34, a region which contains several major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes. The function of the encoded protein is not known. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Dot Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2ug/sample Western Blot: 0.2-2ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 100-500ug/sample Immunocytochemistry: 2-100ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
