c-erbB2 cDNA Probe (HER2, neu Receptor) is for use with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections for Chromogenic In Situ Hybridization
(CISH). It may also be used with metaphase chromosome spreads, and cell preparations, in either chromogenic or fluorescent detection systems. DNA Probe is labeled with digoxigenin, prediluted and ready-to-use.
Applications:
Suitable for use in CISH (Chromogenic In Situ Hybridization), metaphase chromosome spreads, and cell preparations, in either chromogenic or fluorescent detection systems. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
