Recognizes the 80kD subunit of M Calpain in bovine platelets, heart and skeletal muscle. Species crossreactivity: human platelets and erythrocytes, rat myoblasts, kidney, liver and spleen and cultured porcine cells. Does not crossreact with Mu Calpain, N Calpain, calmodulin or calpastatin. |
