Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin): 1:250-500 (ABC, DAB) ELISA (Indirect): 1:6400 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Mouse & rat brain tissue AA Sequence: Gly-Leu-Gly-Ser-Glu-Ala-Lys-Glu-Glu-Ala-Pro-Arg-Ser-Ser-Val-Thr-Glu-Thr-Glu-Ala-Asp-Gly-Lys-Ile-Thr-Pro-Trp-Pro-Asp-Ser-Arg-Asp-Leu-Asp-Leu-Ser-Asp-Cys Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
