Western Blot: 25ng/ml antigen can be detected using 100ng/ml antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Capture: C1299-87D Dectection: C1299-87X Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O, PBS, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
