Caspase recruitment domain family, member 9 (CARD9), a 60kDa member of a family of proteins defined by the presence of a characteristic caspase-associated recruitment domain. CARD9 associates with BCL10, apparently in a molecular scaffolding role, for the assembly of the BCL10 signalling complex that activates NF-kB.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.5-1.0ug/ml ~59kD in PC-3 cell lysates.
Immunohistochemistry Frozen: 10ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
