Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: Lys-Tyr-Gly-Gln-Val-Pro-Met-Cys-Asp-Ala-Gly-Glu-Gln-Cys-Ala-Val-Arg-Lys-Gly-Ala-Arg-Ile-Gly-Lys-Leu-Cys-Asp-Cys-Pro-Arg-Gly-Thr-Ser-Cys-Asn-Ser-Phe-Leu-Leu-Lys-Cys-Leu [Disulfide Bridge: Cys8-Cys26 Cys14-Cys34 and Cys28-Cys41] Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
