YVAD is the recognition sequence for caspase-1/ICE, VDVAD is the recognition sequence for caspase-2/ICH-1, DEVD is the recognition sequence for caspase-3/CPP32, WEHD is the recognition sequence for Caspase-5/ICErelIII, VEID is the recognition sequence for caspase-6/Mch2, IETD is the recognition sequence for caspase-8/FLICE, and LEHD is the recognition sequence for Caspase-9/Mch6.

Storage & Stability:
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
