Receptors for the C-C chemokine family include CCR-1, CCR-2A, CCR-3, CCR-4, CCR-5 and the Duffy blood group antigen. The C-C receptors are important in the function of T cell chemotaxis and migration of phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:50,000 Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, Paraffin): 1:300 Flow Cytometry: 1:20 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human peripheral blood leukocytes or T-cell line Jurkatt. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
