CCR7 (C-C chemokine receptor type 7, CC-CKR-7, C-C CKR-7, CCR-7, CD197, CDw197, CMKBR7, EBI1, EBV-induced G-protein coupled receptor 1)

CKR7, or C-C chemokine receptor type 7, is a G protein-coupled, seven-transmembrane domain receptor protein. Originally identified as the EBV-induced gene-1, CKR7 was later found to be the receptor for the chemokines CCL21 (SLC, 6Ckine, Exodus-2) and CCL19 (MIP-3?, Exodus-3, ELC). CCR7 is expressed in lymphoid tissues and activated B and T lymphocytes. It is up-regulated in B cells infected with Epstein-Barr virus and T cells infected with Herpes virus 6 or 7.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nWestern Blot: 1:5,000\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:250\nImmunocytochemistry: 1:250\nImmunoprecipitation: 1:10\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
