| Additional info: | This antibody recognizes the human c-Kit. c-Kit is expressed by some haematopoietic stem cells (approx. 70% of CD34 +ve cells in normal bone marrow are c-Kit +ve), by some acute myeloid leukaemias and by mast cells.This antibody is non-neutralising. Species Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Human and Cynomolgus Monkey. Not yet tested in other species. |
