complement fragment and is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes and macrophages. This antibody with help detect CD11b expression on normal and uncharacterized tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 for 1 hr. at 25 degrees C Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Most human tissues, e.g., tonsil and skin will contain a few neutrophils and monocytes, membrane staining pattern. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
