APN is a cell surface protein homologous with human CD13. In the mouse, CD13 is a non-covalently linked homodimer of approximately 150kD subunits expressed by a variety of cells including monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cell, veiled cells and B cells of immune system.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Funcional Assays, and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Endotoxin: (same/less than)0.01EU/ug
Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized mice fused with cells of the IR983F rat myeloma cell line.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
