CD134 IgG2a Fc, Fusion Protein (OX40) (Preservative Free)

Human CD134 (OX40) (ACT35) is an activation-associated antigen which is predominantly expressed on activated CD4 positive cells. CD134 antigen is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family of molecules and may be involved with regulating T cell-dependent B cell proliferation and differentiation (2). \n\n\nHuman CD134(OX40)-muIg Fusion Protein*\n\nMolecular Structure: A soluble molecule consisting of the extracellular (177aa) domain of human CD134 fused to the murine IgG2a Fc (233aa).\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. CD134-muIg fusion protein blocks binding of anti-human CD134 to human tumor cells. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution\nELISA: C2515-26AX was reactive in EIA using a Goat-anti-mouse-Ig antibody capture, folowed by detection using C2515-19A and Streptavidin/HRP. It was also reactive utilizing C2515-40F followed by C2259-11B for detection.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
