Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1ug/ml labels 5x10e5 cells.
Functional Assays: Blocks binding of CD134L to CD134.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Flow Cytometry Protocol:
1. Rat TART-gp34 cells (5x10e5) expressing surface mOX40L vector or TART-1 parental cells, were incubated on ice for 30 min. in 50ul FACS buffer (PBS, 5% fetal calf serum, 0.02% sodium azide) containing 1ug/ml of C2515-40.
2. After washing in FACS buffer, FITC-conjugated antibody to rat IgG was added.
3. Cells were incubated on ice for 30 min., washed and then analyzed by Flow Cytometry.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
