CDw137 is a 39kD transmembrane protein, also known as 4-1BB. It is expressed on activated T cells. CDw137 is a type I membrane protein and a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. CDw137 appears to be important for T cell proliferation and survival and induces monocyte activation through its interaction with 4-1BB ligand. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: (same/less than)0.5ug/10e5 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
