CD142, also known as Tissue Factor, is the membrane receptor for coagulation factors VII and VIIa and is the cell surface initiator of coagulation. It is the major molecule of this type and is criticial for controlling hemostasis, thrombosis and inflammation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: P3Ag8.653.1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
