Recommended Dilutions:
Flow cytometry: after in vitro activation of T cells with selected stimuli (Concanavalin A, or solid-phase fixed-CD3 + CD28 Mabs stimulation).
Immunohistochemistry: 2ug/5x10e5 cells/test. (frozen tissue sections)5-50ug/ml
Immunofluorescence:2ug/5x10e5 cells/test.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:
Hybridization of P3/X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. The addition of 0.1% (w/v) sodium azide is recommended forReconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
