Human CD166 is a type 1 glycoprotein expressed on activated T cells, B cells and monocytes and appears to be the ligand for CD6. Human CD166 may be important for activation of T cells.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:200-1:400
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
