CD177 is a 60kD GPI-linked cell surface glycoprotein (uPAR family) expressed on granulocytes and in bone marrow early erythroblasts, megakaryocytes, promyelocytes and myelocytes. Antibodies against CD177 can be involved in neonatal alloimmune neutropenia (NAN). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
