Additional Information

CD19, a 95kD cell surface glycoprotein, is expressed on cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells but absent on plasma cells. CD19 is an important signal transduction molecule which is involved in the regulation of B lymphocyte development, activation and differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
