The CD19 antigen is a membrane glycoprotein (Mr 90kD), expressed by B-cell and pre-B-cell lines (97-100%). T-cells and monocytic cell lines are negative. BC-3 reacts with non-T-ALL and CLL cells, T-ALL and acute myeloid leukemia cells are negative. |
