CD20 is present on all normal B-cells in peripheral blood, lymph nodes, spleen, tonsils and bone marrow. The antigen is also present on most B-cell lines and on non-TALL and CLL-cells.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels of a 1:10 working dilution to 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
