Human CD22 expression is restricted to normal Ig+ mature B cells and neoplastic B cells. CD22 is a transmembrane glycoprotein of 140kD with a predicted adhesion molecule function. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed paraffin Flow Cytometry: 5x10e5 cultured Raji cells were incubated 45 min on ice with 80ul of anti-CD22 antibody at 5ug/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.17 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 negative control at a similar concentration. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
