Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or cells or 100ul whole blood.
Immunohistochemistry: frozen tissues. Not suitable for use on paraffin tissues.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Endotoxin Level: <0.1EU/ug

Positive Control Tissue: Tonsil
Recommended Secondary Antibodies:
I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab)2 (HRP) Pab Rb xMo
I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab)2X-adsorbed (HRP) Pab Rb xMo
I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab)2 (FITC) Pab Rb xMo
Recommended Negative Controls
IgG1 Murine Negative Control: Low Endotoxin
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
