Human CD27 is a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNF receptor superfamily. CD27 is expressed on a subset of human thymocytes and on the majority of mature T cells. CD27 expression is induced by antigen-receptor activation in B cells.\n\nSample Type:\nCell culture supernates, serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.\n\nSensitivity:\nThe mean MDD was 3.23pg/ml. The Minimum Detectable Dose (MDD) was determined by adding two standard deviations to the MFI of twenty zero standard replicates and calculating the corresponding concentration. \n\nRange:\n~1.51-6.69pg/ml\n\nSpecificity:\nRecognizes natural and recombinant human CD27. \n\nTest Principle:\nHuman CD27 BioAssay(TM) Kit afford the user the benefit of multianalyte analysis of biomarkers in a complex sample. For each sample type, a single, multipurpose diluent is used to optimize recovery, linearity, and reproducibility. Such a multipurpose diluent may not optimize any single analyte to the same degree that a unique diluent selected for analysis of that analyte can optimize conditions. Therefore, some performance characteristics may be more variable than those for assays designed specifically for single analyte analysis.\n\nKit Components:\nMicroparticle Concentrate, 100X concentrated, 1x0.075ml\nBiotin-Antibody Concentrate, 100X concentrated, 1x0.075ml\n\nStorage and Stability:\nStore powder at 4 degrees C. Store other components at 4 degrees C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
