CD27 is a type II homodimeric transmembrane glycoprotein (Mr = 55kD) and a member of the nerve growth factor/tumor necrosis receptor superfamily.1,2 The antigen was identified on medullar thymocytes, mature T lymphocytes (CD45RA+CD45RO- T-cell subpopulation), memory B cells, plasma, and NK cells. This antibody is well suited for immunohistochemical detection of CD27 in B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma samples. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
