Applications: Suitable for use in Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western blot Recommended Dilutions: Western blot: non-reducing Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Additional info:	Recognizes human CD29 (integrin beta-1 chain), a 130kD single chain type 1 glycoprotein expressed as a heterodimer (non-covalently associated with the integrin alpha subunits, 1-6). CD29 is broadly expressed on the majority of hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells (leukocytes, platelets, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, epithelial cells and mast cells). Species crossreactivity: Porcine and canine. Does not react with mouse.
