CD3 is a member of the T cell receptor-associated CD3 complex. The CD3 antigen is expressed on approximately 30% of thymocytes, 70% of blood mononuclear cells and 60% of spleen cells, but < 1% of cells in the bursa and bone marrow.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
