Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Should not be used with C2272-71J3, in dual color Flow Cytometry, due to non-specific interactions between the two reagents. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
