CD31 is a 140kD cell surface protein also called PECAM-1, expressed by various cell types, but particularly by endothelial cells. This clone has been shown to stimulate tyrosine phosphorylation of CD31 on endothelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
