CD34 is expressed on lymphoid and myeloid haemopoietic progenitor cells and vascular endothelium. This antibody will help identify CD34 expression on a variety of tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 for 1 hr. at 25 degrees C Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Any tissue containing vascular endothelial cells such as skin, (endothelial cell cytoplasmic staining pattern) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
