CD4 cell surface antigen is a 50kD glycoprotein expressed by T helper cells. This antibody blocks the allogeneic mexed lymphocyte reaction response.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunised mice were fused with cells of the mouse PAI myeloma cell line.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
