CD43 is expressed on normal and neoplastic T cells and cells of myeloid lineage. This antibody will help determine CD43 expression in a variety of tissue types. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:250-1:500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:40 for 1 hr. at RT Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Western Blot: Sup T cell line Immunohistochemistry: Tonsil (membrane and cytoplasmic staining) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
