Applications: Suitable for use in Fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow cytometry: 2ug/5x10e5 cells/test. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Hybridization of NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer

Additional info: Recognizes a 80-95kDa transmembrane molecule with extensive glycosylations (O-linked and N-linked). Leucocytes and erythrocytes are positive. The antibody can immunoprecipitate 3H-Hyaluronate binding activity. This antibody does not inhibit the binding of hyaluronate to the receptor.
