CD45 is known as the leukocyte common antigen present on most human leukocytes such as lymphocytes, monocytes and eosinophils but absent from erythrocytes and platelets. This antibody will help detect CD45 expression on normal tissue and uncharacterized tis- sues of lymphoid origin. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 for 1 hr. at 25 degrees C Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Lymph node containing carcinoma (membrane and cytoplasmic staining pattern) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
