Bovine CD45R is expressed by subpopulations of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells within the CD2+ T cell population and by all B cells in peripheral blood and secondary lymphoid tissue, but is not expressed by WCI + gamma/delta T cells, monocytes or granulocytes. Immunoprecipitates molecules of 205kD and 220kD, and identifies a functional population of naive CD4+ve cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
