CD45RA is a 220kD isoform of the leukocyte common antigen CD45 and a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. CD45RA is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and most monocytes. CD45RA plays an important role in the regulation of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signalling.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
