Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul of whole blood. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: DA rat spleen cells fused with cells of rat Y3/Ag1.2.3 myeloma cell line Source: Tissue culture supernatant Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
