Additional Information

CD5 is expressed by T lymphocytes and by a small subset of B lymphocytes.CD5 is also expressed by certain types of B cell malignancy, including B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:10 Flow Cytometry: 1:10 Immunohistochemistry: frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with 1ml ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
