CD54 cell surface antigen is a 90kD glycoprotein also known as ICAM-1. CD54 is expressed by many cells following activation by inflammatory mediators. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/O-Ag14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Positive Control: Human Tonsil Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
