Applications: Suitable for use in Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Studies. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Functional Studies: Reported to block CD54 function. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin Level: <0.1EU/ug Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse Sp2/O-Ag14 myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab�)2 (HRP) Pab Rb xMo I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab�)2X-adsorbed (HRP) Pab Rb xMo I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab�)2 (FITC) Pab Rb xMo Recommended Negative Controls: MOUSE IgG1 NEGATIVE CONTROL:Low Endotoxin Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
