Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:200 Flow Cytometry: 1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
