Human CD60 antigen is a glycolipid determinant found on about 30% of peripheral blood T cells. The glycolipid determinant is linked to a glycoprotein which can transduce activation signals. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Fixed cells or tissues. Flow Cytometry: 5x10e5 cultured Molt-4 human tumor cells were washed and incubated 45 min on ice with 80ul of anti-CD60 at 5ug/ml. Cells were washed twice IgG/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.3 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgM negative control at a similar concentration. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
