Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Fix tissue sections for 10 minutes in pure acetone, followed by a 10 minute incubation in chloroform. Incubation with the antibody is advised to be followed by a biotin conjugated anti-murine Ig and a further incubation with an enzyme (alkaline phosphatase) conjugated streptavidin. Immunocytochemistry: Fix in vitro cultured cells with 1% paraformaldehyde. Incubation with the antibody is advised to be followed by a biotin conjugated anti-murine Ig and a further incubation with an enzyme (alkaline phosphatase) conjugated streptavidin Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
