CD94 is expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and a subset of T lymphocytes. CD94 is found to associate with NKG2 to form a heterodimer which is involved in the inhibition of cell mediated cytotoxicity against cells bearing appropriate MHC class I allotypes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10. 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Recommeded Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
