Cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) belongs to the cyclin-dependent protein kinase family. CDK6 is a subunit of the protein kinase complex that is important for cell cycle G1 phase progression and G1/S transition. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA:1:4000 Western Blot:1:500-1:1,000 Immunohistochemistry:1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
