Cdt1, a DNA replication factor involved in the formation of the DNA pre-replication complex, in conjunction with CDC6 (cell division control protein 6 homolog). Cdt1 has been implicated as a potential oncogene, with its over-expression resulting in the activation of DNA damage checkpoints and abnormal replication. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:64,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml detects ~60kD band observed in Human Ovary lysates (calculated MW of 60.4kD according to NP_112190.2). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
