The system incorporates the ZEISS Axio Observer research microscope along with specially developed live cell imaging objective lenses, fully integrated temperature and CO2/O2 controls, high resolution or EMCCD cameras, state-of-the art light sources and filter sets, fast shutters and precise piezo focusing.
The Cell Observer can be readily upgraded with additional cameras, structured illumination, spinning disk confocal or laser scanning confocal to expand with your research needs.
